1. Preheat oven to 480F.
2. Mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, corn starch, vanilla and egg.
3. Stir and ensure there are no lumps.
4. Add in the heavy cream.
5. Mix until evenly combined.
6. Bake for 12 min at 480F then do broiler for 2 mins.
7. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
