This three layered treat that starts off with a nutty oatmeal base, then layered with a sweet raisin filling and is topped off with a delicious crumble. In this recipe I’m using 100% natural and sun-dried California Raisins! I only use California Raisins since they are grown with the highest quality and safety standards. It is the perfect ingredient to elevate this recipe by providing natural sweetness and flavour 🤩

What you need

butter

⅓ cup butter

salt

plain flour

1 cup plain flour

brown sugar

2 tbsp brown sugar

rolled oats

1 cup rolled oats

water

½ cup water

cinnamon

pecan nuts

½ cup pecan nuts

raisin

1 cup raisin

sugar

2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Create the base/crumble layer by mixing together oats, flour, sugars, nuts, cinnamon and melted butter
3. Once it’s well combined, place 3/4 of the mixture to the bottom of a pan
4. Press it down until it’s all flat
5. Create the raisin filling by blending together raisins, salt water and sugar
6. Pour the raisin filling over the base
7. Add the remaining 1/4 of the base/crumble on top of the raisin filling
8. Bake for 35 minutes
9. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
