single serve cinnamon rolls are one of my fav things to make! they are single serve so they make the perfect snack or breakfast. this time i’m making it funfetti themed which definitely puts me in a happy spirit🥳

Instructions

1. Mix and knead all the dough ingredients until a dough forms (u may need to add more flour).
2. Roll out the dough into a strip on a floured surface.
3. Make the filling by mixing together cinnamon, brown sugar and melted butter.
4. Cut the dough into two strips vertically.
5. Roll up the dough until a cinnamon roll forms.
6. Place in mug/ramekin and bake at 350F for 16 min.
7. I topped the cinnamon roll with icing.
8. Enjoy!!
