For part 3 of this series I decided to recreate a jelly filled donut! 🍩 Again, it may not look the best but it was SO tasty 😋 I swear it tastes so much like the real thing! Also I experimented and added Greek yogurt into the mixture and it just made it so much more moist🤯It’s a game changing ingredient! ⬅️Swipe to see the inside👀

What you need

powdered sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

applesauce

3 tbsp applesauce

vanilla extract

¼ tsp vanilla extract

oats

¼ cup oats

baking powder

½ tsp baking powder

jelly

1 tbsp jelly

oat flour

¼ cup oat flour

plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp plain greek yogurt

milk

½ cup milk

vanilla protein powder

½ vanilla protein powder

Instructions

1️⃣Preheat oven to 385F

2️⃣Mix together all the ingredients above except for the jelly

3️⃣In a greased ramekin, add most of your mixture, then place 1 tbsp of jelly in the centre

4️⃣Place the leftover mixture over the jelly

5️⃣Bake for 25-30 minutes

6️⃣When done sprinkle with powdered sugar!
