1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. 3. Mix in the egg and red food colouring. 4. Then add in your dry ingredients (cocoa powder, baking soda, flour). 5. Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 1 hour. 6. Bake for 12-13 minutes. 7. Add heart chocolate on top of the cookies. 8. Enjoy!
