Strawberry Cheesecake Oatcake 🍓

1. Cook all the ingredients except for vanilla protein powder and Greek yogurt.
2. Once the oats are thick, stir in the protein powder and Greek yogurt.
3. Take a new bowl and run it under cold water (important step since it prevents the oatcake from sticking).
4. Place your oats into the bowl.
5. Store overnight.
6. In the morning run a knife along the edges and gently flip your oat cake onto a plate.
7. Top with yogurt, strawberries and graham crackers/granola.
