1. Prepare your sheet of puff pastry.
2. Use a heart-shaped pizza cutter (or cookie cutter) and cut pieces of the puff pastry.
3. On each heart piece, add Nutella and sliced strawberries.
4. Cover each filled piece with another heart-shaped piece of puff pastry.
5. Use a fork to close and seal the edges of each pastry.
6. Spread egg wash over the top of each pastry.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
8. Once baked, sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
